This year has been so great. I’m so grateful to all of you who have come to my blog, pinned my recipes and made my recipes. I’m still learning in this whole world of blogging and can only hope for more learning and many more recipes to come in 2016.
Here’s a countdown of the top 5 recipes and post you all loved the most. Counting down from number 5 are these Creme Brulee cupcakes. A perfectly dense vanilla cupcake infused with vanilla beans, topped with a vanilla pastry creme, then a crisp layer of sugar that has been torched and caramelized to perfection. So so good! Try these ones soon!
Number 4 on the list are these Gooey Cinnamon Rolls. If you haven’t already made these, trust me – it will soon become your favorite recipe for Cinnamon Rolls. The dough is flakey perfection, filled with brown sugary goodness, butter and a sprinkle of orange zest to give it the perfect flavor. And topped with the best cinnamon cream cheese frosting. Yum!
Right in the middle of the pack at number 3, are these Soft Pumpkin Cookies with Brown Butter Frosting. To die for, ok. If you want to wow a crowd with the perfect cookie, look no further – these are the real deal. The pumpkin cookie is infused with the perfect fall spices and a moist, soft cake-like cookies. Then, the magic happens when you add the brown butter frosting and you have a cookie made in heaven!
Coming in at number 2 are these heavenly, light Lemon Pudding Cakes. Just thinking about this dessert makes me want to start making them now. The batter is ever so gently whipped and folded into this light and airy cake with a delicate and delicious lemon sauce at the bottom. Hands down, my favorite lemon dessert!
